With years of vast experience in the export business, we specialize in providing a diverse range of made-up items. We collect leftover stock and lots based on our customers' specific requirements, ensuring top-quality products sourced from reputable export mills. Our offerings include a wide array of products, such as: Fitted Sheets, Flat Sheets, Duvet Cover Sets, Pillows Cases, Bed Sets, Curtains, Towels, These products are sourced from various mills all over Pakistan.
Our Process
Sourcing
We work closely with export mills across Pakistan to gather leftover stock and lots, carefully selecting items according to our customers’ requirements. These items are picked from mills and brought to our factory for further processing.
Inspection & Segregation
Upon arrival at our factory godown, our skilled Quality Control (QC) team conducts a thorough inspection. We segregate fresh pieces from faulty ones, categorizing items by size, type, and quality. A comprehensive report is generated for every lot.
Pre-Final Inspection
Before moving to the next stage, our Quality Assurance (QA) team performs a pre-final random inspection, adhering to Level II and AQL 2.5 standards to ensure all items meet the required specifications.
Packaging
Once the inspection is complete, the approved lots are moved to the packing section, where our experienced staff carefully packages each item as per customer-specific packing to ensure safe transport.
Final Random Inspection
After packaging, a final random inspection is conducted by our QA team. An article-wise FRI report is prepared for the container, ensuring that each item is up to standard before dispatch.
